the job wasn't done fully. The trim isn't connected so i have to do it myself. Should've been done by the technician. Both sides aren't done and the extra 15 dollar charge to use my debit was excessive. The trim is just flopping in the wind

I had my passenger window break all on it's own...spontaneous glass breakage!!...and rain was coming. It was so surprising! I called Bruno and he was so nice and helpful!!! He said he would order the glass asap and have Diego be out in the afternoon to replace!! Diego showed up on time and was so sweet, kind and efficient! He did a perfect job!! I'm so grateful for Bruno glass!
