Was told 30 minutes when I called and was over 1 hour and 10 minute wait. Wasn't offered anything for inconvenience. For the money this is not acceptable....
For sure not the Bruno’s pizza downtown south bend. Only reason it gets a couple stars in the pretty lil worker lol. Wouldn’t recommend!
Walked in to pick up my pizza at Brunos and immediately lost my appetite. The employee making pizzas had no gloves on, wiped his hands on his shorts, then came straight over and asked, “What can I get you?” while handling my order. After ringing up my $24.75 pizza, he went right back to making pizzas without washing his hands or putting gloves on🤮. Good Combo meals and price was just right, slices were good size and it included a drink and dessert. Very friendly staff and clean and quiet environment
