Melissa is great! She's friendly and a great stylist. Not gonna lie... after moving to Ottawa, I was a bit nervous about trying a new stylist. I had used my previous stylist for 20+ years. But Melissa got it right - from the start! She totally understands what I'm looking for. I'm super happy I found her!!
I came to see Melissa her first week at your salon - as a long time client of hers, I had to get in there right away! As always Melissa, cut and styled my hair beautifully! She always takes the time and listens to what I want and makes excellent recommendations - she has never steered me wrong!! Melissa is awesome! I went in for a cut and colour, and she totally nailed it. The color is exactly what I wanted, and the cut feels fresh and easy to style. She really knows her stuff and made the whole process feel effortless.
My stylist Melissa Lanthier patiently listened to my concerns and guided me to the right hair style that's best for me. She explained the process before starting and checked in frequently during the session. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly, and the salon had a clean, welcoming atmosphere.
