Brought my vw golf r in for tires and some maintenance. Tires were a good deal and I’m happy with that and some of the other stuff was alright but when they took on another repair I requested they didn’t have the part. Told me that they’d call me when they have it and almost 3 weeks went by and nothing, even after the first week I called them and nothing answer. The next 4-5 times I called no answer.
