Jason is a great friendly guy! Very professional and seems to have all the right tools and cleaning products. He responded to an emergency call at 5:30am. We had a broken water line, our basement carpets were soaked. Jason had it cleaned up in a few hrs. Afterwards he had about 8 fans and dehumidifiers sucking the moisture out to prevent any mold. We were so pleased with the end result. We had many dark spots on our carpet. We were considering completing replacing it however decided to have it professionally cleaned first to see if that would help. Jay was very honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and set realistic expectations. We will definitely be hiring again! Attached are the before and after photos.
