We were so pleased with the end result. We had many dark spots on our carpet. We were considering completing replacing it however decided to have it professionally cleaned first to see if that would help. Jay was very honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and set realistic expectations. We will definitely be hiring again! Attached are the before and after photos.
