The bottom half of the front wall of my screened in porch had to be replaced because of Carpenter ant damage. At first we thought it was just the sill and screen window that needed fixing but the more rot he tore out the more he found. Turned out all the framing had to be replaced. Now I have all new treated wood that should last at least the next 50 years. Thank you Ash and Kevin for all your beautiful work. The first 3 pictures are the rot we found the last picture is the finished work. Perfect!
Worst carpenter. Had no knowledge of design, hired fly by night electrician which most likely wouldn't pass inspection, big talker with no experience. We did not do our homework on qualifications of this contractor. He Failed to put up dust barrier which led to a 4 month illness, 2 urgent care visit, trip to pulmonary Dr. , 2 antibiotics, lung xray, pulmonary function test, bloodwork, and still after 4 months need to go to an ENT.
