I’d highly recommend Brunner Builders. The communication was excellent, the workmanship is impressive and the job was done ahead of schedule, which was even better.

Brunner Builders was great to work with. They were friendly, responsive, and had excellent communication throughout the process. They took the time to answer my questions and were genuinely helpful. Great customer service and a very professional experience. I would definitely recommend reaching out to them!

The bottom half of the front wall of my screened in porch had to be replaced because of Carpenter ant damage. At first we thought it was just the sill and screen window that needed fixing but the more rot he tore out the more he found. Turned out all the framing had to be replaced. Now I have all new treated wood that should last at least the next 50 years. Thank you Ash and Kevin for all your beautiful work. The first 3 pictures are the rot we found the last picture is the finished work. Perfect!
