I really like the doctors here. 1 star for the rude receptionist woman who belittles me each time I go here about being on my parents healthcare which is just not her business. My mum booked my appointment as I have lost my voice due to a chest infection and she offered her judgements for this which was unwarranted. Again, had a really positive experience with the doctor, but difficult interaction both organising and paying for the appointment.
Awesome and professional always, all the Admin Staff, Nurses and our family”s General Practitioner Dr Schalk Botes are all good. Look no further than this nice Family Practice.
Debbie the receptionist was condescending and should refrain from calling people "sweetie".
