One star for the Reception ladies as they were very rude and abnoxious towards me they hung up on me when I still needed to ask questions, I said hang on and they continued to talk over the top of me and say have a nice day goodbye, I was not using a soft voice they def could hear me but still continued to hang up on me.
Well informed about the procedure and my son seemed to feel no pain
Booked my son in for circumcision and Dr sales was aware about my son medical history and then suddenly emailed me and changed his mind and refused to do the procedure without speaking or emailing me a reason to why. Very unprofessional.
