I am from Kansas City and have had some good bbq in my life. I had yet to have anything really great since moving to SW Iowa or Omaha and then got lucky enough to try Bruning's Food Truck when it came to my town. It is AMAZING and the best I have had in the area. The pulled pork is great and rivals any other good places. But the brisket is the best I have ever had. Perfectly seasoned, moist, fall apart meat. Absolutely love this place! My husband and I get this every other week for lunch when he gets off at 11am. It’s the best smoked pulled pork around town. Please don’t stop coming to Crescent, IA!
Bruning's catered our employee BBQ at work and it was fantastic! the food as amazing, and the delivery and set up was apricated! I can and will recommend Bruning's to anyone looking to throw a party to having a business event!
Had Brunings BBQ catered for a family gather. Everything was incredible! Not a big fan of most BBQ places around here but Brunings does it right!
Catered a birthday party/graduation party for our family. Food was great. Pulled pork, brisket, baked beans, cheesy hash browns, pasta salad, homemade pickles, and homemade BBQ sauce. Every guest we had thought it was great.
