made appointment for clogged bathroom drain - appointment made for next day - got call about slight delay - no problem - waited all afternoon for technician - he never showed up, after multiple phone calls to check on arrival - was informed hours later that appointment was cancelled and we should call our septic company- no notice of cancellation , no apologies - nothing at all- just terrible customer service

Absolute rip off artists. Do not use this company, there are plenty of better plumbers in Westchester. Came out, promised a $89 diagnosis fee. Charged me $180 to just clean an aerator on my sink. Absolute fraud. This was after I used them to do thousands of dollars of work on my house less than a year ago. And even then they showed up late, caused my general contractor costly delays, and were horrible to deal with. You will be cheated and you will get poor work product if you use these scam artists. BUYER BEWARE! ZERO STARS.
