Very bad experience . Ordered a flower from overseas to send it to Fremont area . No delivery, no reply email , no one pick up phone .
Apparently sending a email or text to you doesn't move you to respond. My order was WRONG and apparently you're not interested in correcting it. You don't answer the phone,nor can you leave a message.Your orders are online only using the PANDEMIC as your 2020 excuse. This is a family operation ? That's a shocker. As told by me from the florist ,photos of arrangements as in my case are embellished by a 3rd party. So don’t count on expecting what you see on their website.
