I ordered a medication by phone and was told to pick it up at 2 pm. I arrived at 2:30 only to be told 3 times that they would be with me shortly even though I had mentioned that I was feeling unwell and naming a medical condition which could have resulted in me losing consciousness. Finally the clerk informed me they were short-staffed.
