On the phone they were great to take my prescription a pump to help my kid who was wheezing from allergies. Went to pick up counter they said they would serve the person they just called and get back to me. Waited 10 minutes went back accueil and they said the prescription was ready a while back and go to pick up counter and give my name. Got the same girl, when I mentioned she didn't get back to me and that I was in a rush since my kid was having trouble breathing, no apology just a lot of attitude.

Je suis allé me faire vacciner pour l'influenza le jeudi matin 30 octobre 2025. La personne qui m'a administré le vaccin ne pouvait être plus arrogante et presque insolante à mon endroit. Elle était aussi très brusque et utilisait un ton vraiment pas approprié. Une petite formation en service à la clienmtèle lui ferait du bien. Lui montrer à utiliser les mots et termes "bonjour", "bonne fin de journée", "s'il-vous-plait" et "merci" ferait du bien. Je ne retournerai plus dans cet établissement.
