There is good reason this florist gets a rating of 2.4 out of 5 and if you possibly can, try to avoid finding out why. I reported them to FTD and my dear friend recouped her losses today when FTD reimbursed her fully for the flowers she had ordered for me. Hopefully FTD will know better next time.
