EDIT: seems the shop has responded to my review and is going against the policy I quoted on their website. We didn’t even know a refund was possible. Anyway I’m not surprised this place has 2.4/5 stars. We learned our lesson. We are so so disappointed with what was advertised compared to what was given to us. Just look at the pictures. Please note those 3 roses were added AFTER we complained. We paid 110$ plus tax for this! We’ve reached out via email for a refund and waiting for a response.
