Very unpleasant and disappointing customer service from the doctor and the staff. On the day of putting braces, I had a few extra questions for the doc and he said, he doesn't have time to answer it. After 4 days of putting braces, my son is in pain and the nurse doesn't have time to take a look at him. Maybe regretting my decision to go with Dr. Bruner.
Dr. Bruner and his staff made my ortho experience comfortable and were always so accommodating. I felt like I was apart of the team and everyone- from the front office staff to the doctors and the assistants, were transparent with my care. I always knew what was going on with my treatment and felt involved. Virginia was gentle and helped with any dental fears. Dr. Bruner corrected my overbite and my overjet.
