Wasted my time driving out there for the vehicle not to be what was described on top of horrible communication skills. Will not be back
From first contact everyone was professional and polite. Every question was answered and each detail was checked and verified. Bryan my salesperson was extremely helpful and did everything he said he would. One of the best vehicle buying experiences I have ever had. Cannot recommend them any higher.
I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my car to this shop based on Robert’s assurance that the warranty would cover the repair. Unfortunately, that turned out to be untrue — but I didn’t find that out until weeks into the process, after repeated delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability.
