Had my medication cut down & they are Steroids as I'm dependent. They didn't bother calling me when they should of or bothered to try again. Now you have to use this stupid new patches system to re-book. No matter how many time's you tell them it doesn't work they don't bloody listen. Now I am having to look for a new doctors just so I can actually talk to a voice. Brunel your a joke.
Took father in law to surgery, shocked to find not very wheelchair friendly, no automatic doors.
Yet again couldn't speak to a doctor but was told by the receptionist to visit A and E or Newton Abbot hospital. Shockingly bad service
Left my dad without treatment of cancer for months. Diagnosis also took months. Ridiculous. He's now dying. Dr Vyan was in charge I believe.
Having had a worrying test result rang for a call back. Dr Steven’s listened to - and more importantly respected my concerns. She called the Relevant consultant and came back to me ( within 30 minutes!)and was able to give me reassurance. How’s that for a service.
