Brunel Medical Practice is one of the best GP surgeries I have known. They are very good at following up on patients medical concerns. Friendly and approachable staff throughout the practice who are very helpful. They are quick to respond to any concerns, and that’s very welcome and important to patients.
This is not my usual surgery was sent there as appointment are shared about. I have been at my practice for 30 years with no worries at all. Well what a lovely practice and staff Dr Maha is a credit to the NHS. Even though it took longer to find a parking space than the appointment I came away happy. Thank you Dr Maha and staff
By far the most unprofessional surgery I have experienced. No contact from GP that ive never met due to “how busy we are”, to find out without even a message they decided to change life altering medication without letting me know. THROUGH AN APP. However when visiting the site was shocked to see all staff sat down drinking tea and having a chat whilst ignoring elderly patients. Disgusting. Where to begin with this place. Majority of the reception staff are rude and obnoxious with a horrible snooty attitude. The odds of seeing an actual Dr are slim. Usually you're fobbed off with a Physician Associate (these people are NOT Drs and don't let them tell you otherwise, two years of training a GP does not make) who have a habit of misdiagnosis. Or you'll see a Paramedic...I've got a lot of time for Paramedics, but they also aren't GPs. You'll also never sse the same Dr, I'm not even sure they have regular GPs here, ... read more
Good surgery never seen a doctor there in the 4 years I have lived here but the online service is pretty good
