I set up a 7:30 appointment, arrived on time and left my car with an AC issue,I was told they would check it out and let me know. At 12 noon I called for a status report, I was told they were running a little behind but my vehicle was next to be checked out. At 3pm I called again to find out they had not even begun to look at my car. I came and picked up my car. 1. I had an appointment that met nothing to this company. 2. Had a great experience taking my car into Gills. They performed a front brake service and a brake fluid flush. Car's brakes are great now. Will definitely go back to this location. Thanks!
