I’ve been here twice now after getting flat tires, both times were amazing! They got me in so quick and were incredibly helpful. Second time, I showed up 20 minutes to closing and they got me in and fixed in 15 minutes. They saved me! Highly recommend this place!
They installed the purge solenoid backwards 4 times in a row. They acted annoyed with me every time I had to come back due to my car not working. I spent over 20 hours in total waiting for this smart part to be replaced over and over. When they did finally realize their error, they didn't apologize for all my wasted time or even care that I was driving my vehicle like this for 2 weeks. This shop will waste your time and charge you a premium for low level competency
Everyone was super nice, I went in to patch a tire and ended up going back the next week for brake work, and oil change, new wipers, and spark plugs. Done in less than three hours, my car runs so much better now!!
Had low tires. Checked out. Reset low tire indicator, tightened caps. Didn't charge me. I call that service.
I very rarely give 5 stars, let alone write reviews, but after my experience at the this Gills Point-S on Fairview in Boise, it would be an injustice not to. I needed a set of tires installed on my vehicle, and after being turned away by several other tire stores that were “too busy” I contacted Keith at this location, and although he already had several jobs on the schedule, took my vehicle in.
