My wife bought a car from Bronco Motors at the end of October 2024 and Bronco Motors had hired Bruneel point S back in May 2024 to replace the front brakes on the car before they sold it. I knew from the Carfax that they had worked on it so I checked the lug nuts on all the wheels because I don't trust any mechanic completely and found that the lug nuts on the front wheels were not tight! I recently took my truck in for service, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. They failed to properly tighten the oil filter and pressure sensor they replaced, I was able to move both with hardly any effort by hand. which caused my truck to start leaking oil shortly after I left the shop. Also the guy at the counter went and looked (i watched him go look) at the oil required, via tap on my truck, he told me it said 5W40 which is the more expensive oil in the shop, after having to add oil, my cap requires 10W3... read more
Fast friendly and professional
Left tools in my engine, scratched my chrome, expensive parts replaced and my coolant still leaks. Dropped it off for a slow coolant leak coming from thermostat. They swapped out the water pump before realizing it was leaking from the thermostat housing. Picked it up, drove home before deciding I should check things out. I lifted the hood to find a pair of pliers wedged in behind an unbolted air cleaner-someone didn’t finish what they were doing. I came in near closing time with a flat, they did a flat repair for me and were very friendly.
