I arrived the morning of my scheduled service appointment & was greeted by their friendly manager, Jon. I don’t live in Ada County & planned to drop off my vehicle so that I could spend time with a local friend. I was notified when my vehicle was ready for pick up, which was sooner than I had expected. I’m pleased with Point S’s customer service & competency in taking care of the needs I have for my vehicle.

I shopped high and low for tires in the Treasure Valley, went to about every shop I could find. This Point S location provided me with a hassle free quote, wasn't high pressure sales, and gave me the information I was looking for without being condescending or rude. For me, purchasing tires is a big deal and I wanted to make sure I was armed with the information to make a good decision. They recommend a better and less expensive tire and then went out of their way during a very busy Black Friday sale day to get the tires I ordered installed and aligned.
