Mr Brune is the most helpful salesman you could ever meet, but once you buy and the check clears the bank, he becomes the invisible man, no calls, doesn't finish the "punch list", had to get the manufacturer involved, which was an ordeal in itself.
Contracted services were not done at a quality level. Mr. Brune's answer? I did the best I could and walked.
