Very disappointed! We recently hired them for a concrete slab pour, and the final bill was outrageously expensive. The operator spent nearly 2 hours on cleanup, and that entire time was billed to us. On top of the already high hourly pricing, they add a 14% surcharge plus overtime fees. . The service felt like a complete ripoff. I understand paying for quality work, but the excessive billing and hidden fees were unreasonable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Teach your drivers how to drive. One of your large trucks cut in front of me and several other people. Almost caused a big accident. And didn’t use their blinker once. Do better.
