Please don't use this company. The title to our home was never taken care of, used them two different times to close on house and they knew the title was not clear. Went to close on selling the house and it took 3 months to get title clear. in the mean time we had moved and got rid of furniture so had to make arrangements to live else where. They would not even help to get the title clear, I had to have another lawyer help. After all was said and done I asked for help with living expenses and 3 mortgage payments. They answer... read more
Don't use this firm. No communication even when asking for information and updates. Because of the poor work ethic and lack of follow through legalities continue to arise. We would have had less headaches representing our selves.
