George has created three-foot chocolate bunnies and three-foot santas. He even recreated a Halloween tombstone, a baby grand piano, the Statue of Liberty and the Brooklyn Bridge in chocolate. Chocolate bars are made with corporate logos in sizes up to a half pound. Boxed chocolates are great gifts and custom made creations are available. Brummer's was a cornerstone in Jersey City. This place was such a big part of my childhood. It brought back lots of great memories of my mom and grandparents. I remember sitting in the booth's having an ice cream with my mom, she always ordered the banana split sundae. Buying peanut brittle for my grandfather and the strawberry laces for myself. I have been going to Brummers for over 57 years. I bought my daughters first Easter Basket from the store at the Junction. Always a good stop for ice cream, sandwich or chocolates. Brummers chocolates are the best. They have a great variety for every occasion.
The best chocolate around I have beeen going to Brummers since they where in Jersey City. I drive 1 1/2 hours one way for the chocolate. Strongly recommend
Best chocolate around. I remember the store in Jersey City and going there all the time with my grandfather. I just took my grandson in for his first time. He is the 5th generation in my family loving Brummer's.
