Smoothing closing
I took a deed here to be transferred back in Jan. 2024 and they finally completed and recorded it on Dec.17, 2024. If you want something done in a timely manner, in my opinion, this is not the place to go. During the year I only got one phone call in October from the lawyer that was finally working on it. I never received a call from the office staff at all. Even when the deed was ready I would have never known it if I hadn't called to check on it. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone.
