Great little bakery this one. We always stock up on bread from here before heading back to northern NSW. The crew are always friendly and helpful.
Been to Christine Corner many times. My first visit today to Brumbys Bakery. Staff were lovely and very helpful Julie was quick to tell me I could have my vanilla slice cut in halves which I thought was impossible, and directed me to the "tiger loaf" for the crunchy crust. Quick and efficient with a great friendly attitude. Well done Brumbys and especially Julie .
👎🏻 Around 3–4 pm today (15/12/2025) , the staff who was working seemed unhappy that we came in to buy food. She did not greet us and appeared to show preference in greeting only certain customers with white skin. Her attitude came across as unwelcoming and uninterested in doing her job, which made the experience uncomfortable. On top of that, the vanilla cream buns stored in the cooler had a strong vegetable smell, which raised concerns about freshness and food storage standards.
