Very disappointing customer service. I went in to buy Scotch rolls and asked the young girl serving whether they were dairy-free. She said, “I don’t know.” I politely asked her to look it up, and she replied, “Look it up yourself.” When I told her that I was asking her for assistance, she responded, “Why should I?” I was genuinely shocked by how rude and unhelpful she was. Not knowing the answer is understandable; refusing to assist a customer and speaking to them in this manner is not. I hope management addresses this.
Best customer service experience from both staff today. My boys were happy with their baked goods.
The young girl on Sunday afternoon is such a delight. So helpful and nice. Great work!
Great little bakery this one. We always stock up on bread from here before heading back to northern NSW. The crew are always friendly and helpful.
