3rd time I’ve asked for farmhouse sourdough and they’ve given me white bread at the sourdough price, I even asked them to make sure it’s sourdough and not white and the lady was extremely rude to me. Hot cross buns burnt and more of an ‘L’ - go to Wavell Heights Brumbies instead you won’t look back.

Just spent $5.50 for a cream donut which is hard as a rock and cold like it had been frozen. Avoid

I visited Brumby’s Nundah and asked for a loaf-style sourdough. The staff member sliced it, I paid, and left. When I realised I’d been given a farmhouse white loaf instead of sourdough (white and soft on the inside, not off-white and dense) I returned to the store. The staff member (Kimti) insisted the loaf was sourdough and argued with me about it, despite the difference being obvious. I love Farmhouse Sourdough from Brumbies. I have bought it from the Wavell Heights store for over 10 yrs at the premium price it attracts - its worth it. I was dismayed when I bought the same product from Brumbies Nundah yesterday. Not only was it not sourdough but it was literally the worst white bread I have ever tasted and the loaf was thrown away immediately. The service was the same standard. Brumbies management need to conduct a QA of this store - unacceptable. To customers, avoid until there is change.

Overpriced and undersized savoury pull apart. Counter person had zero idea how to enter items in the till and got it wrong twice. Then entered it into the eftpos machine wrong. Another person. And to assist and said my item was $7.50 when the sign read $7.20. Simple things but terrible experience. Not what Brumbys used to be
