Bought a two pack iced donuts from brumbys this morning, before I purchase these I asked if they were fresh I was assured they were. When I got home I sat down with a friend to eat them and we took one bite and they were stale. I rang and told them nicely out of curtesy that the donuts were stale and the lady just said “oh ok thanx bye”. They have some of the best donuts I’ve ever had. Food: 5 | Service: 5 Not only are they generous with the custard but it tastes amazing. There was apple bits in the apple crumble one and chocolate drizzle on the vanilla donut. They were simply spectacular. We also tried the curry pie as pictured. I was very impressed by the level of customer service, as the staff were very friendly, helpful and inviting. Will definitely be back for more donuts!
Great variety
Went there to buy three packets of lamingtons had picked them out and was waiting for service. The other customers who were being served decided they wanted a packet. The customer service officer decided to sell them one of the packets and thought it was okay to sell me frozen lamintongs. Bought one packet and will never buy anything from this shop again. She obviously knew the other customers as it was put aside in the shop. I thought they were made fresh in the shop not frozen.
