We were repeat customers. First year: great service, beautiful unit. Second year: awful, run down unit. Poor communication. Finally had them bring us another unit 2 days later. Very disappointed. Will not use them again. On a positive note the delivery/setup fellow was fantastic.
Avoid, if you can. Sound like nice people, but poor business practices.
My wife and I rented from them for a trip to Glacier National Park and had a great experience with their rental and the staff. Super.
