They were very professional they were with us all the way and met all the needs that we needed, took time to listen to us, a great place to go.
Brumback & Ottam represented me for several years regarding my WA State L & I case. Although we did not win the appeal, I was moved by how personal and professional their representation was. Had to spend most the day there for Zoom appointment they were very sweet to us and even bought us lunch. They kept checking on us to make sure we didn't need anything to drink or eat and were super polite. Very nice place with very kind and polite people.
Brumback and Ottem are excellent attorney's that handled a case of mine and won. I was so relieved to have their professional help with a one-on-one case manager who I was on a first name basis with throughout this experience. If needed I will use them again, and highly recommend them.
