We are experienced paddlers but had never tried whitewater kayaks. We had a blast today on the D2 route. The weather was a little cool but we didn't need to worry. They set us up with wetsuits and everything else we needed to stay warm and comfortable on our adventure.

Seems to be the main place to utilize which is too bad bc if there was another option, I would encourage people to use it. Young gal at counter showed outright irritation when I said, " what can you tell me about your kayak renting and the sections of river to do?" She wanted to chit chat with young man staff person instead. She talked to us irritated and like she was a robot or recording. She should not work front counter. Another fabulous day kayaking down the Brule River today in kayaks rented from this great, family owned company. They provided excellent service, shuttling us from the end point up to the start of our very leisurely 4-hour paddle down this gorgeous river in the kayaks we rented from them. This is one of my all-time favorite places (anywhere!) to kayak. So peaceful, unspoiled, magnificent towering red and white pines lining the river in many places. Went with a group of people. We had a great time very relaxing and clean water. Our only complaint would be clear obvious signs of where the trip ends. Non of our phones worked which was nice for spending time together but was not as fun when we were trying to see where we were on the trip. Our own issues not grabbing a map of sorts. But pretty sire we missed the stop for the shorter trip and ended up on a longer trip. But over all experience was fantastic.
