Technician Josh was thorough and pleasant to deal with. We were on a run late and Bruin’s gave us added time flexibility for the appointment which was appreciated. We have dealt with Bruins for all our plumbing and heating needs for 30 years and would not call anyone else.
We are part of the 'Bear care' club and it's well worth it. For a small monthly fee they come inspect your furnace, ac and hot water tank yearly. This time it was for our furnace. While in the furnace room the Plumber could hear water running. He inspected our toilets and found 2 major issues to fix. We were just complaining about how high our water bill was and wondering why.
