I only chose this company because of Andy, the previous owner. Unfortunately, since the change in management, my experience has been very disappointing. The customer service was poor, and I found the staff rude and unprofessional over the phone. When I tried to discuss my concerns, instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, I felt I was spoken to disrespectfully.
