After multiple bids, I hired Bill to grade a pad for a large house that I was building and a large riding arena for horses. Not only was he the best bid but also was the most responsive to all of my questions and needs. Both jobs were done perfectly and the riding arena with some additional suggestions from Bill came out bigger and better than expected. I highly recommend him for and grading project you may want.
Bill has done my last two home pads. These are where I live, so when I say its the best job, know I live on the graded pad and developed the site myself. If you looking for perfection call Bill.
