Before I bought my house in 2022, this company preformed my septic inspection and said it was in satisfactory condition and was within code. Fast forward to June of this year a different company preformed a septic inspection as a condition of me selling the house and found I had deeply rooted cracks, and my well had an incorrect sample tap fitting which was not noted on this companies inspection thus was not considered up to code according to Wisconsin state law. Blake came and installed our shower for us. Was fast, efficient and very polite. He did a great job. I would recommend this company and Blake to anyone for any plumbing issues.
I have several properties and use KWW multiple times a year. They have been so honest and fair with pricing I even pay the distance charge to get their help on my far away properties. Ive ran into several companies over the years that have tried to upsell me being Im uneducated in the plumbing department. If it's fixable, KWW will fix it & not try to shove a new system at you. Really appreciate everyone here from the office to the field, they are all above and beyond!
Koenen's Water Works was very helpful when my parents needed a bathtub/shower setup changed to a tiled walk-in shower. Very friendly staff who was able to make the bathroom a much safer place. Terrific job!!
