They understand what they’re doing, but more important, they know how to explain, and they know how to find the best solution; they’ll work very, very hard to get you the best solution at a reasonable price, done with superior workmanship and craftsmanship. Koenen’s Water Works is an excellent company. Here is an example of how they helped me. One morning, I discovered water flowing in my basement. After I turned off the water, I was desperate for help to fix the problem. At first I did not know who to call but a friend gave me this company’s name. He always uses them.
