Nick did an amazing job! He promptly assembled and installed my new toilet, installed my bathroom sink vanity, and fixed an issue I was having with my washer leaking. Had a pressure tank that needed to be replaced. So, I called Monday morning at 8am, by 11am we had a tech (Dustin) at our door and the tank replaced within the hr. Dustin, was great. On time and courteous with fair pricing. What else could you ask for?
Sent out two guys to camera a sewer main, located the drain but then the two proceeded to sit in their truck and hangout for 30 minutes cost around $600 and they never called back for an estimate on the project as a whole. Bunch of hacks
When our water heater failed in the recent cold snap, Koenen;s was able to source a propane water heater and get it installed the next day. Nick and Mario were pleasant, focused and professional and made sure to educate us thoroughly on the new equipment before leaving.
