I was not treated with a very nice tone over the phone and basically a lack of interest or being professional I am not a client I called about medical malpractice inquiring and the person on the phone was rude and was not helpful and said they can't help and abruptly hung up

Horrible disposition! Uncaring about my issues! I doubt if he is very knowledgable. Probably whent the easy track through law school and has never seen a hard day.
Rob was very helpful with a compensation review form I had to fill out . He is very knowledgeable and very thorough about the situation. I’m very happy with how helpful he was in explaining the situation at hand and what needed to be stated on the form. I think he is a great attorney and really cares about his clients. I will be very grateful to him for his time and the help he provided me.
