Very thorough fireplace service call. Corrected a couple of problems and performed yearly maintenance. The technician was polite, showed courtesy and left our home as it was when he arrived. I recommend Bruening.
Zach did a great job of checking and servicing our heat pump system, inside and out. Cleaned coils, checked filter, ensured drainage pipe not clogged, checked Freon and electric components outside unit. Answered all my questions and ensured we'd get a f/u card for our winter heating checkup. Thanks
The technician was knowledgeable friendly. My issue was a quick fix so he took the time to check the system and filter.
The tech did a job that only took a half hr. But I got charged over 200 bucks for the job. The part was under warranty. I had to pay 99 dollars for a service fee. Ok no biggie. I had to pay an additional 124 dollars to fix it. I called Bruening to ask why so expensive. The lady on the phone said the 99 dollars is a diag charge now. Which is it? Service charge or diag. If it only took a half hr they should not charge for a full hr of work that they did not do. I feel like I got screwed. Would not recommend using Bruening
Excellent service, friendly and did the work in a timely manner. They were also quick to respond with any concern we had. Will be doing more work with them in the future
