Definition of slum lords. Do not rent here. They Do nothing to update or fix the house. Replaced broken refrigerator with another broken refrigerator that doesnt close. Single pane windows in tahoe. Unadressed mold problem. Went a whole winter with the heat out. Then when it was replaced the old unit sat in the driveway for 4months! Advertised hott tubb in rent but wont pay for maintenance. And they even keep your deposit too. All around scumbags at the bruening associates. Save your receipts. Be warned
Awful people to Rent from. Dishonest and try to rip you off!!! Don't Deal with these people!!! They Show up unannounced and don't fulfill their agreements. L I A R S.!!! Stay Away
