I have two dogs, one cat, and a bunch of area rugs. Our rugs had accumulated a bunch of pet stains over the years. I was honestly to pleasantly surprised (shocked?) to see them looking brand new after the service. Especially the ones made out of natural fibers, because those are really tough to remove. It can’t believe Nick removed all those old stains. 100% worth every penny. Very nice and punctual as well.
Great service from start to finish, fast respond, clear pricing, highly recommend.
Booked services online and received text messages at 6 am, 8 am , and 9:30 am for an appointment the following day, when I confirmed the text messages didn’t stop. When I asked please email me instead they cancelled my appointment claiming if I couldn’t receive text messages they couldn’t keep the appointment.
Louis did a fantastic and efficient job cleaning my 13-year-old couches. They were in good condition before and now look fantastic! So glad I found this company. It took only a little over an hour for Louis to clean the couch and loveseat. I would definitely use this company again and recommend you consider booking them!
I got the name of this company from ANOTHER company I recently worked with. Had a problem with mold in my basement and had to get my sofa cleaned DEEP. This company came out the DAY AFTER I CALLED. The price was extremely reasonable. Tech was on time and a fast, competent worker. I am so happy with the results, I can now have company come and they can sleep on my sofa safely! This company is now on my Speed Dial. Hire them with confidence. AAA+++
