Sergei was great and fast. Natalia and him were very good at communicating & they were quick to set up my service.
They did not provide a complete cleaning of my couch. I told them multiple times (before, during, and after) that the smell was coming from the inside of the leather couch, but they refused to even open it and told me I was wrong, that their service would fix the smell, and that if it didn't I could contact them after and they would rectify it. When I contacted them after the service (once the intense cleaning product smells faded) and told them that the smell remained, they refused to do AS PROMISED and rectify their incomp... read more
Andrew was so kind and professional! He did a great job cleaning our outdoor cushions and indoor rug- we have 2 large dogs so this was no easy feat! We wanted to get the furnitures cleaned for an upcoming party we are hosting and this was definitely money well spent!
Cleaned our babies blowout stain right out! Will definitely use them again if we need - hopefully we won’t!! :D
