Whole experience was quick and easy. Found them online, great reviews, sent a request, they responded in like less than 10 mins, gave me a quote, booked the next morning. Nick communicated his arrival time within the window originally provided. Conducted himself respectfully and professionally during set up and clean-up. Did a great job on the sofa and rug.
