Follow up on dropping service from 2 stars to 1. I took up Bruggers on their note below and filled out the form to which I have gotten no response. *FAIL* Wow this food was bad. Ordered a bacon-avacado-tomato on a begal. The bagel was barely above room temperature and some of the contents were icy. The person taking orders was reasonably responsive but the rest of the staff didn't seem to care at all. Their egg, cheese and plain bagel was good. That’s normally what I get.
Bagels are fantastic. Had a brisket sandwich and a jalepeno bagel separately. Great bagels and decent coffee, I will come back for breakfast the rest of my time in Boston. Only critique is the signage of where the pickup and order lines are. Took a moment to figure it out and watched countless others struggle also. Regardless, fantastic bagels
