Brueggers has gone seriously downhill from being an authentic bagel with a crispy crust and bubbly interior to a flat dense grocery store style bagel. Even worse, these were undercooked 🤢. If youre getting a bagel breakfast sandwhich save your money and go to McD. If your looking for an authetic bagel in Cincinnati go elsewhere. I've been a dedicated fan of Brueggers since they opened their first store in dinky town at U of MN and is saddens me to see this icon slide all the way down. I can't with you anymore Brueggers

Food and coffee are so good and the staff is friendly and helpful!

I normally love Bruegger's bagels. But at this location I paid $7 for an undercooked, cold bagel. The bread and bacon didn't seem cooked fully. Like just enough to prevent getting serious food poisoning, though I still felt a little ill after eating it.

I ordered a simple egg and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel and noticed them take it out of the oven surrounded by a cloud of smoke, clearly burnt. They decided it was fine, wrapped it up, and handed it to me. After taking one bite, all I could taste was smoke and burned bits, so I asked for a replacement. I give it 1 star for even considering it acceptable to serve something that was clearly burnt.
Bruegger's Bagels has a 4.1 star rating with 729 reviews.
Bruegger's Bagels is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 6:00 a.m.
