Staff extremely helpful, friendly, professional and efficient! Place was clean and bagels were cooked perfectly. In the past I've called in orders in advance and there was always something wrong. Including saying never got my order. I've had to throw some bagels away as they never rise. Looks like someone stepped on them. They should not be serving them to the public. This crew now and the quality of the bagels was exemplary! Thanks guys for helping me on my app. !
Here’s my beef with this place. They don’t hire enough people . At the Einstein bagels on Ina Road they have one or two people literally just dedicated to taking orders and then other people make the order . At this place, the person who takes your order is also the same person that makes the bagel . You can see how during busy morning hours this really brings throughput to a halt .
