I always order ahead because this place is so slow it's not even funny!! Guess what's never ready even though I go at the time the app tells me?? Like something isn't clicking in your store, I understand being busy, but shouldn't you be more prepared for it? It's just frustrating to order a bagel and it take 30 min or more for it to be ready. I'm just sad because the bagel is always great. Update: took over an hour for them to complete my order and not read my order and get it wrong! I will never be back!
First time here, my wife's hand got burned and they missed an item in my order. My wife picked up our order and brought it to the car. I looked in the sealed bag and found that my twice baked hash brown was missing. My wife went back and they made it for us. They then gave it to her in her hand, in foil, straight out the second bake oven (see picture added to my review). It was so hot it burned her hand. The manager in there treats the people on the food serving line like they’re incompetent and yells half directions and expects her staff to know what she’s talking about. The line workers on the food service line were very pleasant though.
