Good food
I ordered 4 dozen bagels for my breakfast gathering on the website with no problems - no advisories or requests or barriers. I was told immediately upon walking in that I should have used the catering site to order. I wondered aloud how I was supposed to know that. I was told bc he was telling me right now. And then I was handed a grocery bag of loose bagels. No brueggers branded boxes. Just a bag of bagels. Tough to imagine that this is the customer service standard at Brueggers.
I just came from the brueggers on Riverside Drive and I had the nicest manager take care of my problem. I had gotten a Western Bagel a number of weeks ago and it didn’t have any bacon on it. I told the woman about this and she immediately said I’m sorry…. I can make you another one and give you a refund. She was so nice.
