Bathrooms not maintained, garbage overflowing, employees just talking amongst themselves and not doing anything about the mess. Sausage on my sandwich was overcooked to a crisp.
Every table inside was covered in crumbs. Trash overflowing. I went in the morning so seeing it so dirty was kind of concerning. I ordered a chocolate coffee with coconut milk, bagel, and single egg. The cashier laughed at me for ordering just an egg. The chocolate coffee was undrinkable as it tasted like straight Hershey syrup. The egg and bagel were mediocre. Likely won’t be back. Super disappointed as I’d heard it was good.
Went in wanting to order a cold smoked salmon on an everything bagel but unfortunately they were out of both salmon and everything bagels they then offered if I would like to take up to 12 bagels of any flavor that they had left but I asked if I could switch to a different sandwich, the herb chicken, which was phenomenal. you can tell the staff was in a good mood as they were dancing around behind the counter they were super nice and super sweet. Will absolutely go there again next time I'm in tow.
