So disappointed the bagel I ordered was so stale I thought I accidentally bit into a hockey puck. I tapped it on the table and it echoed. I’m not saying they reused yesterday’s bagels, but I am saying this thing could survive a nuclear apocalypse....

3rd time in 2 weeks, ordered the Honey Sriracha breakfast sandwich double toasted, first 2 times they remade it, today requested a refund, how hard is it for the maker to read the order when it’s sent, I mean 2+2 is 4, went to the new Bagel Bagel on Old Liverpool Rd. delicious!!
