This is my second time coming here (it's been 2-3 weeks since the 1st time) I walked in and was greeted by Gina! She is such a sweetheart. Remembered my order and is beyond kind! I get the Western sandwich and vanilla cold brew..it is absolutely delicious. GOODBYE STARBUCKS! This cold brew is less expensive and so smooth! The sandwich is really yummy as well. There were 5 people in the prep station. They were very disorganized.
Love Bruegger’s! The Bruegger’s in McMurray closed down awhile back so this is my next fave location. Nice, large dining area. My only complaint is that I came early and the Rosemary bagels were already gone. This happens a lot. I think they need to up the amount of these made if they run out that quickly. Poor quality
It’s a tragedy as to what Brueggers has become. Arrived at 7, waited for 10 minutes before I was told to order at a different spot. Meanwhile someone who came in after me was helped before me. The bagels weren’t warm at 7am, not a good sign. And they discontinued bacon scallion cc? Nothing good lasts forever.
