Do yourself a favor and just go to another place to eat. This place has the most impolite workers that yell at the customers. The actual manager was no better. If this place didn’t have a captive customer base they would be out of business. In my honest opinion the worst service I’ve had in years and got yelled multiple times by them. And it took longer to get the food then it did to get through security. Just avoid this place.
Everyone here is rude as hell. We all have places to be, things to do, and they treat you like you are a complete inconvenience to their existence for trying to order a damn bagel. Especially that bald looking lady. Tried to fight my friend. Absolutely ridiculous
The bagels were good even though there were only two bagels to select from. We visited on the morning of March 12th. the Server was incredibly rude. Disrespectful, short on answers, dirty looks. Tell that woman behind the counter if she yells at me again, I’m gonna come over that counter. Stop treating your customers like shit. Yelling the lines over there get out of my line and get back in that line. You better make a bigger sign with Boulder letters. You lost three customers today with her treating people like that. Based on the reviews, though you’re not gonna change anything or get rid of her so what’s the point right? Happened today 3-7-26
