I order bagels and bagel sandwiches a few times a month. I order using the app and the orders are always waiting for me when I arrive. (Highly recommend ordering ahead of time if possible.) The staff remembers me each time and any special request made.

This was my very first time eating here. The staff was very friendly, greeted me when I first walked in. The restaurant looked really clean. I had the Turkey Chipotle it was very good and fresh. Will definitely came here afain.
It is a weekly tradition my son and I love to have and the staff goes above and beyond being friendly with great service. Plus they do a great job on our bagels.
Hey I was just at this brueggers bagels!! I was planning on writing a good review, because despite the rush there was when I had ordered my food, they managed to give me my order in a good amount of time and the bagel sandwiches were hot and fresh. But then I was looking at some of the other reviews, one of the most recent ones I was there when that guy came in for his order, he didn't wait very long and he was very rude, he was one of the reasons the wait was even longer!!
