Smooth Takeout experience
Honestly one of the most brutally slow bagel shops I’ve ever seen. They’re either extremely short staffed or their internal processes need major overhaul. Best of luck to them but if it takes every customer nearly 20 minutes to get a bagel with cream cheese I don’t see y’all succeeding. Brutal!!!!
