I’ve visited several locations, and this one isn’t my favorite. I ordered a caramel cold brew, and the bottom was filled with coffee grounds—definitely not ideal. I also got my usual farmhouse bagel, but the cream cheese tasted off, almost like nothing. I’ll stick with the Eden Prairie location instead.
Outstanding customer service from Tae, a fantastic young man, who's name i may have misspelled. He is very special. Best salmon on everything bagel sandwich, ever. Delicious. Capers, red onion, cream cheese, and luscious salmon!!! Highly recommend bacon egg and cheese, on whole wheat everything bagel. Bought a dozen sliced bagels, too. Emaculat store, and attentive manager, Michelle. Fantastic food.
We simply ordered 3 bagels for me my brother and his wife and when my brother's wife was trying to eat her bagel she got pieces of paper from a cheese slice in her bagel.. and on top of that I got a simple cinnamon and cream cheese bagel and got weird red and orange bits in it..
The place always looks dirty. The employees always seem uninterested in the customers, no smiles, no greeting. The food, edible!
I just left this location and ordered a simple bagel with cream cheese. When my order was ready, after waiting for a long period of time, I asked the gentleman working if he cut my bagel in half and he said "yes". When I opened the wrapper it was NOT cut in half and the creamcheese tasted dated. Poor staff and work ethic, I thought cutting a bagel with cream cheese in half was the standard??
