I go through concourse B in Tucson frequently and almost always stop at Bruegger’s. Today however I had one of the best experiences. I had a bit of problem with the order but Tatiana came and helped me with my order. She was kind, patient, smiling and took care of me. Thank you Tatiana, this is the best service I have ever received at this location. Bravo.
I recently visited this bagel spot and overall had a decent experience. The food was ready really fast, which I appreciated. The bagel itself tasted good and was fresh. However, I did run into an issue with my order. I paid extra to add a third egg to my bagel, which was almost $2 more, but when I received it, there were only two eggs on it. I ordered a bagel with onion and chive cream cheese, while I waited a long time for it to be made, my flight started boarding. They call my name and I grab my bagel and board the plane intending to eat it on the flight. I bite into the bagel and it has Jalapeno cream cheese on it and is inedible, what waste. I suggest training your staff to know the difference between the cream cheeses.
Do not recommend. Zero stars if I could. 20+ minutes wait for a toasted bagel and they ran out of the kind i wanted(cinnamonsugar). A refund would have taken another 15 minutes so I was told. Took the replacement bagel (maple French toast) and unless you really like the taste of egg without the actual protein I would avoid. Tossed it after 2 bites. I won't be patronizing ever again. Sorry for the rant but this is my 3rd review ever.
